目的:研究乙醇提取延胡索及丹参的最佳工艺,以及考察药材的粉碎度对有效成分的影响。方法:以乙醇浓度、加量、提取时间及提取次数为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交表设计进行正交试验,以延胡索乙素、丹酚酸B的含量为考察指标,优选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺为延胡索粉碎成最粗粉,6倍量75%乙醇,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论:该工艺简单、可行,可以用于大规模生产。
Objective: To study the best technology of ethanol extraction of Corydalis Rhizoma and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, as well as to study the influence of the degree of comminution of medicinal materials on the active ingredients. Methods: The ethanol concentration, the amount of extraction time and the number of extraction were investigated. The orthogonal design was used to determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine and salvianolic acid B Extraction process. Results: The best technology was that corydalis crushed into the most coarse powder, 6 times the amount of 75% ethanol, extracted twice, each 1.5 h. Conclusion: The process is simple and feasible and can be used for mass production.
