本文提出了对抽油机联机配对的使用方法,并作了较详尽的理论分析。建立该机构中曲柄轴净扭矩的计算公式,并给出曲柄轴净扭矩曲线图,解决了游梁式抽油机能耗大、效率低的问题,设计了异相型与常规型抽油机配对使用,实现了能量的正向传递,并降低了曲柄轴净扭矩的峰值,达到减小能耗提高效率的目的。
This paper presents the use of online matching pumping unit, and made a more detailed theoretical analysis. The calculation formula of the net torque of the crankshaft in the mechanism is established and the net torque curve of the crankshaft is given to solve the problem of large energy consumption and low efficiency of the beam pumping unit. Use, to achieve the positive energy transfer, and reduce the peak net crankshaft torque to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption to improve efficiency.
