我站从1983年4月至19185年9月使用液氮冷冻疗法治疗阴囊疥疮结节66例,其治愈率达91%,有效率占98.2%。近年,我市疥疮呈散发性流行,疥疮占皮肤科门诊人次的22.6%,而疥疮患者中合并阴囊疥疮炎性结节的占40%。疥疮确诊后,易为硫黄软膏、疥得治软膏所治愈,但阴囊疥疮结节,上述治疗难于奏效,甚至迁延数月至数年。我站自1983年4月～1985年9月采用液氮冷冻治疗阴囊疥疮结节56例,获得较好的效果,现报告如下: 56例患者全部为男性,年龄最小2岁,最大52岁,年青患者最多,病期最短15天,最长1年多(其
