设备技术档案是在设备的生产、使用、维护保养及大修过程中产生和形成的。是设备从制造到使用过程中真实的历史记录。就其本质而言,是现代化工业生产的产物,也是提高设备完好率,充分发挥设备潜力的重要依据。一套完整的设备技术档案应当包括如下内容: 一、随机文件和图纸:设备使用说明书、合格证明书、装箱清单和全套总装、部装及零件图纸。自制设备应有设计文件及全套图纸。无随机图纸或不能购买到图纸的设备应行测绘图纸。
