2011年中国电视文艺节目在规范中转型,在阵痛中创新。10月25日国家广电总局颁布的《关于进一步加强电视上星综合频道节目管理的意见》规定,各卫视频道从2012年起在晚上7:30-10:00的黄金时间,每周娱乐节目不能超过两档,各台必须设一档道德建设类节目,选秀节目数量也将严格受限。这一文件的颁布,成为改变电视文艺节目发展走向的分水岭,也使得2011年的电视文艺节目发挥了承前启后,继往开来的重要作用,为2012年的变奏谱下了序曲。
