氟喹诺酮类药物因其抗菌谱广、杀菌力强、价格低廉、副作用小而被广泛应用于人、畜、水生动物感染性疾病的治疗与预防。但是,随着该药的广泛应用,很快形成了对该药的耐药性,且增长速度很快,该类药物半数以上无效,足见问题的严重性。本文将重点阐述致病性气单胞菌对喹诺酮类药物耐药性的研究进展。
Fluoroquinolones are widely used in the treatment and prevention of infectious diseases in humans, livestock and aquatic animals because of their broad antibacterial spectrum, strong bactericidal power, low price and small side effects. However, with the widespread use of this drug, resistance to the drug rapidly develops and the rate of increase is rapid. More than half of these drugs are ineffective, which shows the seriousness of the problem. This article will focus on the pathogenic Aeromonas fluoroquinolones resistance research progress.
