目的:比较不同消毒剂对物体表面污染的耐药菌消毒效果,结合成本分析,探讨合理的消毒方法与消毒频率。方法:用2 000mg/L浓度的过氧乙酸、有效氯1 000mg/L的含氯泡腾片水溶液、酸性氧化电位水和季铵盐消毒湿巾对多药耐药菌污染的物体表面进行擦拭,擦拭后15min、30min、60min和120min采样及培养,比较不同方法在消毒后不同时刻的杀灭率。结果:以含2 000mg/L浓度的过氧乙酸、有效氯1 000mg/L的含氯泡腾片水溶液和季铵盐消毒湿巾擦拭消毒硬质表面,并作用15min,对表面上污染的多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌和MRSA平均杀灭均可达到90%以上;酸性氧化电位水原液擦拭消毒物体表面作用2h,对上述两种多重耐药菌平均杀灭率在85%左右。季铵盐湿巾的消毒成本最低。结论本研究中四种消毒方法对物体表面污染的两种多药耐药菌消毒效果以季铵盐消毒湿巾性价比较高,可优先选择作为物体表面一般清洁消毒。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the sterilizing effect of different disinfectants on the surface of the object with antibacterial bacteria, and to analyze reasonable disinfection methods and disinfection frequency in combination with cost analysis. Methods: The surface of objects contaminated with multidrug-resistant bacteria were wiped with 2 000 mg / L peracetic acid, 1 000 mg / L chlorine-containing effervescent tablets aqueous solution, acidic oxidation potential water and quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant , 15min, 30min, 60min and 120min after wiping sample and culture, comparing different methods of killing rate after disinfection at different times. Results: The disinfectant hard surface was wiped with peracetic acid containing 1000 mg / L of peracetic acid, chlorine-containing effervescent tablets containing 1000 mg / L of effective chlorine and quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant wipes for 15 min. Acinetobacter baumannii and MRSA kill more than 90% on average; acid oxidation potential aqueous solution wipe disinfectant surface effect 2h, the average killing rate of these two multi-resistant bacteria in about 85%. Quaternary ammonium wipes disinfect the lowest cost. Conclusion The four disinfection methods in this study disinfect the two multidrug-resistant bacteria that contaminate the surface of the object. The quaternary ammonium salt disinfection wet scrub has higher cost performance and can be preferentially selected as the surface cleaning and disinfection.
