随着社会的发展,人口和计划生育的工作需要更加法制化、规范化和制度化,进而对人口计生档案管理工作提出了更高、更严和更新的要求。而基层计划档案管理直接反应了计划生育管理水平的高低。因此,本研究分析了基层计划生育档案现代化管理的必要性,同时阐述了计划生育档案管理过程中存在的一些不足和问题,针对这些不足和问题提出了相应的对策。通过上述论述希望有助于提升基层计划生育档案管理水平。
With the development of society, the work of population and family planning needs to be more legalized, standardized and institutionalized, thus putting forward higher, more stringent and updated requirements on the management of population and family planning files. The grass-roots plan file management directly reflects the level of family planning management. Therefore, this study analyzes the necessity of the modern management of the family planning archives at the grass-roots level, at the same time elaborates some deficiencies and problems in the management of family planning archives and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in response to these deficiencies and problems. Through the above discussion, it hopes to help improve the management level of family planning archives at the grassroots level.
