团队建设中的假装合群行为——基于经典扎根理论的研究

假装合群行为对团队建设造成极大的负面影响。采取经典扎根理论,抽样访谈高中生、大学生、职场人士,从组织者和参与者双方视角探讨假装合群的形成机制、影响因素及结果。研究发现,个人假装合群行为受事件特征、利益衡量、年龄阅历、经验影响;假装合群对个人社交无明显积极影响;假装合群对组织者造成过度压力,给组织发展带来负面影响。根据研究结果,提出团队建设建议。
