我国60年来,采用了冶炼强度作为高炉的考核指标,助长了高炉生产重产量、轻能耗、高燃料比;设备能力积压等等弊端。本文从冶炼强度的来源,对我国高炉生产的影响进行分析。提出采用符合节能减排的新指标以克服冶炼强度带来的负面影响,以满足节能减排、降低CO2排放和降低成本的时代要求。
In the past 60 years, the smelting strength has been adopted as the assessment index of the blast furnace, which has contributed to the shortcomings of the blast furnace production such as heavy output, light energy consumption, high fuel ratio, backlog of equipment capacity and so on. In this paper, the source of smelting strength, the impact of blast furnace production in China are analyzed. Proposed to meet the new energy-saving emission reduction targets to overcome the negative impact of smelting intensity to meet the energy-saving emission reduction, reduce CO2 emissions and reduce costs of the times.
