在测定农业物料悬浮速度时,存在着操作繁琐、测量精度差、耗时长等问题。基于此,依据物料悬浮速度的测试原理,结合现代电子科学技术,利用智能控制方式对传统的物料悬浮速度试验台进行优化设计。利用压力传感器和风速测速仪并结合电脑处理技术,依照数学原理建立重量和悬浮速度的函数关系,根据参数的变化对农业物料的悬浮速度进行测量。从理论上讲这将会使测量结果更加精确直观,操作更加简单。
In the determination of agricultural material suspension speed, there are complicated operation, poor measurement accuracy, time-consuming and other issues. Based on this, based on the test principle of material levitation speed, combined with modern electronic science and technology, the intelligent control method is used to optimize the design of the traditional material suspension speed test-bed. The pressure sensor and wind speed anemometer combined with computer processing technology are used to establish the functional relationship between weight and suspension speed according to the mathematical principle. The suspension speed of agricultural material is measured according to the change of parameters. In theory, this will make the measurement results more accurate and intuitive, the operation easier.
