通过对铝锂合金T1相电子衍射谱与形貌像之间关系的分析，建立了定量测定T1相尺寸的方法。根据T1相尺寸测定结果，分析了T1相尺寸与热处理工艺、稀土元素之间的关系。
The method of quantitative determination of T1 phase size was established by analyzing the relationship between T1 phase electron diffraction spectrum and morphology of Al-Li alloy. According to the T1 phase size measurement results, the relationship between T1 phase size and heat treatment process, rare earth elements was analyzed.
