银鹊树(Tapicia sinensis)属省沾油科落叶乔木,系国家三级保护植物。我们分别在山地和平原地区进行了育苗试验,获得了成功,现介绍如下。1.种子采集与处理该树种种子10月成熟,千粒重72.5克,场圃发芽率85％。种子采收后,先晾晒23天,再置于干燥通风处贮藏,待翌年春季先用30℃左右的温水反复挫洗干净,再用0.5％的高锰酸钾溶液消毒30分钟,然后放入50—60℃的温水中浸泡48小时,装入纱袋中进行催芽。温度应保持在15—20℃之间,经20多天,待胚芽开始萌动时进行播种。
