目的　总结显微外科技术治疗火器性外周神经伤的效果。　方法　采用 5种显微外科技术治疗火器性外周神经伤 314例。　结果　所治疗的战伤伤员 ,经 2年以上的随访 ,疗效良好。上肢神经移植优良率为 79 4% ;下肢神经移植的优良率为 62 6%。　结论　显微外科技术是治疗战伤的有效手段 Objective To summarize the effect of microsurgical treatment of firearm peripheral nerve injury. Methods Five kinds of microsurgical techniques were used to treat 314 cases of firearm peripheral nerve injury. The results of the treatment of war wounded, after 2 years of follow-up, good effect. The excellent rate of upper extremity nerve graft was 79 4%. The excellent and good rate of lower extremity nerve graft was 62 6%. Conclusion Microsurgery is an effective treatment for war injuries
