图书馆是信息资源汇集、传播、交流的重要场所。随着信息资源的不断增多,我国国民素质的不断增强,人们的需要也更加个性化,这就对图书资料管理人员提出了更高要求。本文针对图书资料管理人员在工作中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了加强图书管理人员素质的途径。只有提高图书资料管理人员的整体素质,才能保障信息资源的高效利用。
Library is a collection of information resources, dissemination and exchange of important places. With the continuous increase of information resources, the continuous improvement of the quality of our countrymen and the need of people are more individualized, which puts higher demands on the library materials management personnel. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the work of library and information management personnel, and puts forward ways to strengthen the quality of library management personnel. Only by improving the overall quality of library and information management personnel can we ensure the efficient use of information resources.
