超声介入治疗巧克力嚢肿临床分析

目的:研究超声介入用于治疗巧克力囊肿的效果。方法:在东莞市妇幼保健院于2015年1月至2016年6月收治的巧克力囊肿患者中随机抽取出40例作为研究对象,全部患者均在东莞市妇幼保健院接受超声介入治疗,给患者使用超声引导下穿刺注入无水乙醇治疗,统计分析治疗总有效率、复发率、卵巢功能指标值。结果:术后6个月经超声检查显示治疗总有效率为97.5%,术后不良反应发生率5.0%,随访1年复发率5.0%。在卵巢功能上,术后1个月的雌二醇(E2)和窦卵泡数(AFC)值明显比术前低,且黄体生成素(LH)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)值比术前高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月和术后6个月的卵巢功能指标值与术前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),另外,术后3个月、6个月的各项卵巢功能指标值(E2、LH、FSH、AFC)与手术前比较,均有明显缓解,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声介入治疗用于巧克力囊肿中是安全可行的,复发率低,且操作简单,对患者的卵巢功能不会产生不良影响。 Objective: To study the effect of ultrasound intervention on the treatment of chocolate cysts. Methods: Forty patients with chocolate cyst admitted from January 2015 to June 2016 in Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were randomly selected as the research object. There was no significant difference in ovarian function index between preoperative 3 months and postoperative 6 months (P> 0.05), and postoperative 3 The indexes of ovarian function (E2, LH, FSH, AFC) in months and 6 months were significantly relieved compared with that before operation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound intervention is safe and feasible for chocolate cyst. The recurrence rate is low, and its operation is simple. It will not adversely affect the ovarian function of patients.
