本文根据一般摆式电抗器原理与李则民等研究的交交变频器环流计算方法,分析了对这种电抗器的要求,主要是既要限制环流又要避免过大的电机电压降。为此选用高磁导磁性材料及合理的铁芯型式,选择合式的工作点,并拟定计算公式加以设计以求尽可能满足上述要求,最后将设计出的新式小型化电抗器用于实际交交变频器,并结合选组将环流限制在1/5~1/10电机额定电流水平以下,结合电流反馈补偿压降将电机过载能力维持在1.5~2倍,从而使这种变频器能用于不同的负载场合。
