本文针对GB/T 28001-2001《职业健康安全管理体系要求》和ISO 39001:2012《道路交通安全管理体系-要求及使用指南》两个标准的紧密联系和内在区别,从标准结构、控制对象、目标、适用范围、理论基础、风险控制6个方面进行了对比和分析,探讨了两个标准的联系和区别,有助于各类型组织,特别是与道路交通系统相互影响的公共和私人组织在体系管理时,合理选择和使用这两个标准,以提高安全绩效,实现预期的安全目标。
This article aims at the close connection and inherent difference between GB / T 28001-2001 “Occupational Health and Safety Management System Requirements” and ISO 39001: 2012 “Road Traffic Safety Management System - Requirements and Usage Guidelines”, from the standard structure, control object, Objective, scope of application, theoretical basis, and risk control. It explores the connection and difference between the two standards and helps organizations, especially public and private organizations that interact with the road transport system System management, the rational selection and use of these two standards in order to improve safety performance and achieve the desired safety goals.
