目的调查温州地区成年男性25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平及其相关影响因素。方法收集从2013年1月-2015年6月温州医科大学附属第一医院20岁以上健康男性体检者标本766例,采用电化学发光法测定血清25(OH)D、甲状旁腺素(PTH),紫外光度法测定血磷(P)和偶氮胂Ⅲ法测定血钙(Ca)浓度水平,同时测量足跟骨密度、腰围及身体质量指数(BMI);以50 nmol/L作为阈值分为25(OH)D缺乏组和正常组,同时按10岁年龄为间隔,分为5个年龄段。数据通过SPSS软件处理。结果 25(OH)D水平随着年龄增加其浓度水平呈上升趋势。25(OH)D缺乏症的总患病率为23.2%,随年龄增长,患病率呈逐渐下降趋势。25(OH)D缺乏组的BMI、腰围、Ca和PTH水平明显高于正常组,年龄指标则低于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。25(OH)D浓度水平与BMI、腰围和PTH呈负相关,与年龄呈正相关。结论温州地区成年男性血清25(OH)D水平缺乏呈低龄化趋势,年龄、BMI、腰围、血清Ca及PTH水平是影响成年男性血清25(OH)D水平的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25 (OH) D] in adult males and its related factors in Wenzhou. Methods From January 2013 to June 2015, 766 healthy volunteers from the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were enrolled. The serum 25 (OH) D, parathyroid hormone (PTH) (P) and arsenazo Ⅲ were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The heel bone density, waist circumference and body mass index (BMI) were measured at the same time. 50 nmol / L as the threshold 25 (OH) D deficiency group and normal group, at the same time according to the age of 10 years, divided into 5 age groups. Data is processed by SPSS software. Results The concentration of 25 (OH) D increased with age. The overall prevalence of 25 (OH) D deficiency was 23.2%. With age, the prevalence rate showed a gradual downward trend. The levels of BMI, waist circumference, Ca and PTH in 25 (OH) D deficient group were significantly higher than those in normal group, while those in normal group were lower than those in normal group (P <0.05). The level of 25 (OH) D was negatively correlated with BMI, waist circumference and PTH, and positively correlated with age. Conclusions The serum 25 (OH) D level of adult men in Wenzhou area shows a tendency of younger age. Age, BMI, waist circumference, serum Ca and PTH levels are important factors affecting the serum 25 (OH) D level in adult men.
