对供试土壤添加不同含量的LaCl3,并通过盆栽试验研究外源镧对黑麦草-铜尾矿系统土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:La的添加对试验组和对照组土壤的过氧化氢酶活性有一定的抑制作用,并且随着La含量的增加,抑制作用增强;蔗糖酶、脲酶以及磷酸酶活性则随着La含量的增加而增强。试验组的土壤酶活性与对照组相比,蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶的平均活性分别上升了16.59%、30.65%和13.19%,过氧化氢酶的平均活性下降了6.33%。除脲酶外,蔗糖酶、脲酶以及磷酸酶的活性,试验组与对照组都存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。研究显示,添加La可以增加种植黑麦草的土壤酶活性,对修复铜尾矿地区土壤铜污染的效果显著。
Different concentrations of LaCl3 were added to the soil samples and pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of exogenous lanthanum on soil enzyme activities in the ryegrass-copper mine tailings system. The results showed that the addition of La had certain inhibitory effect on the catalase activity of the soil in the experimental and control groups, and the inhibition was enhanced with the increase of La content. The activities of sucrase, urease and phosphatase increased with the increase of La content Increase and increase. Compared with the control group, the average activities of sucrase, urease and phosphatase increased by 16.59%, 30.65% and 13.19%, respectively, and the average activity of catalase decreased by 6.33%.
