对50例糖尿病酮症酸中毒进行回顾性分析。结合临床及实验室检查评价了小剂量胰岛素疗法、胰岛素首剂“点火”及静脉滴注系统处理的意义。文中还就水、电解质及酸硷平衡的调整进行了讨论.
50 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis were retrospectively analyzed. Combined with clinical and laboratory tests to assess the significance of low-dose insulin therapy, the first dose of insulin “ignition” and intravenous drip system. The article also discussed the adjustment of water, electrolyte and acid-base balance.
