灶画是一种历史悠久的民间传统艺术。江南农村的灶头,是江南民居建筑的重要组成部分,居民会请灶画匠人在灶头各部位绘上彩色图案、文字、线条及花边等。上海与嘉兴地区的灶画风格较为典型和突出,二者同属江南地区,文化上同根同源。但随着时代变迁,两个地区在社会和文化发展等方面存在差异,灶画的表现手法也各有异同。文章以上海和嘉兴地区的灶画为研究对象,从其表现手法入手,通过分析灶画的结构、色彩、题材和寓意等,分析上海与嘉兴地区灶画的特点,以期进一步了解江南灶画艺术。
Kitchen painting is a long history of traditional folk art. The kitchen stove in the south of the Yangtze River is an important part of the residential buildings in the south of the Yangtze River. Residents will ask the kitchen painters to paint colored patterns, words, lines and lace on the various parts of the stove. The style of kitchen painting in Shanghai and Jiaxing is typical and prominent. Both of them belong to the same region of Jiangnan and share the same root of culture. However, as the times change, there are differences in social and cultural development between the two regions, and the performance methods of the kitchen paintings also differ in different ways. Taking the cooking in Shanghai and Jiaxing as the object of study, this article starts with the performance techniques and analyzes the characteristics of the cooking in Shanghai and Jiaxing by analyzing the structure, color, theme and moral meaning of the cooking in order to get a better understanding of the art of cooking in Jiangnan .
