[目的 ]建立肝毛细线虫的动物模型。 [方法 ]将肝毛细线虫的孕胚卵经口注入大鼠和家猫。 [结果 ]受感染的 16只大鼠中 ,2只未检出肝毛细线虫 ,其余 14只均检出肝毛细线虫 ,并有部分大鼠因肝毛细线虫病而死亡。传代实验中 ,2只大鼠也感染肝毛细线虫。 2只家猫未感染。 [结论 ]可用大鼠建立肝毛细线虫的动物模型 ,并可在实验室中传代。
[Objective] To establish an animal model of hepatic capillary nematode. [Method] The pregnant embryos of hepatic capillary nematode were injected into rats and domestic cats orally. [Results] Two out of 16 infected rats did not detect F. hepatica, and the other 14 animals all detected H. wilsonii. Some rats died of hepatic capillary nematodes disease. In the passage experiment, 2 rats were also infected with hepatic capillary nematodes. 2 domestic cats not infected. [Conclusion] The animal model of hepatic capillary nematode can be established in rats and can be passaged in laboratory.
