职工思想政治教育和文明生态小康连队(社区)建设始终是兵团常抓不懈的一项重要工作。近年来,兵团不断扩大职工思想政治教育的覆盖面,进一步突出教育的针对性、经常性、示范性和实效性,以培养造就一支能够履行屯垦戍边历史使命的高素质职工队伍为目标,使职工思想政治教育工作充满勃勃生机与活力。与此同时,兵团不断涌现出一批批文明生态小康连队。他们以创建标准高、基础设施齐备、生态环境良好、生产业绩领先、职工安居乐业为显著特征,在全兵团起到了很好的示范带动作用。
