用戊二醛和甲醛甲酚分别处理鼠磨牙活髓切断术后髓断端,并观察术后3~28天根髓及根尖周组织的变化。结果发现甲醛甲酚处理后,炎症达根髓的中1/3或根尖1/3,其余大部根髓坏死,个别根尖周组织见到慢性炎症细胞浸润;戊二醛处理后,炎症仅局限于接触区,且有纤维结缔组织包绕和似牙本质桥形成,其余牙髓和根尖周组织正常。本实验结果支持临床牙髓治疗中,用戊二醛代替甲醛甲酚。
The medulla oblongata was treated with glutaraldehyde and formaldehyde cresol, respectively. The changes of the root pulp and periapical tissue were observed 3 ~ 28 days after operation.
