高频电源是一种主要应用于感应加热的电源,因具有高效、清洁、控制灵活及加热速度快等优点,在工业领域中得到广泛的应用。本文以DSP2407A为核心控制器件、以IGBT为功率器件设计了50k W/50k Hz高频电源。设计的电源控制部分包括逆变控制系统和调功控制系统,给出了系统的主要参数以及保护电路。将高频电源的功率控制转化为对Buck斩波器的控制,并将智能控制引入高频电源的功率调节中。电源各部分参数进行了计算,给出了保护电路以及系统电源,并对逆变部分进行了数值仿真。
High-frequency power supply is a kind of power source mainly used for induction heating. It is widely used in the industrial field due to its advantages of high efficiency, cleanliness, flexible control and fast heating. In this paper, DSP2407A as the core control device to IGBT power devices designed 50k W / 50k Hz high frequency power supply. The design of the power control section includes the inverter control system and power control system, gives the main parameters of the system and the protection circuit. The power control of high-frequency power into Buck chopper control, and the introduction of intelligent control of high-frequency power supply power regulation. The parameters of each part of the power supply are calculated, the protection circuit and system power supply are given, and the numerical simulation of the inverter part is given.
