我省以举办重点活动为抓手,推动引智工作创新发展。第一,举办重点活动,寻求引智工作新突破。省人社厅制定了“服务大局、重点突破、整体推进、科学发展”的引智工作思路,以组织重点活动为突破口。2010年,在滨州、德州市举办的黄河三角洲发展高层国际论坛和第四届世界太阳城大会,邀请国外政府官员、专家和投资者与我省洽 Our province takes the key activities as the starting point and promotes the innovation and development of the introduction of intellectual work.
