目的 探讨桥小脑角肿瘤 (CPAT)患者的脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)峰间期改变的意义。方法 通过“click”声刺激 ,采用颅顶 (Cz)记录 ,同侧耳垂 (A1,A2 )作参考电极 ,分别记录双侧BAEP各波的潜伏期 (PL)、峰间期 (IPL)、波幅 (PA)及V/I波幅比。共检测 3 0例健康成人和 6例手术确诊为CPAT病人。结果 6例患者患侧BAEP异常率 10 0 % ,健侧耳异常率 67%。CPAT直径小于 2cm时 ,患侧各主波均出现 ;CPAT较大 ,患侧BAEP各波难引出。结论 健侧耳Ⅲ~Ⅴ /Ⅰ~Ⅲ峰间期 (IPL)比值异常具有重要的诊断意义 ,是脑干受压的敏感指标。
Objective To investigate the significance of the change of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) peak in patients with cerebellopontine angle tumor (CPAT). Methods Cochlear (Cz) recording and ipsilateral earlobe (A1, A2) were used as reference electrodes to record the PL, IPL, PA) and V / I wave ratio. A total of 30 healthy adults and 6 patients were diagnosed as CPAT patients. Results The abnormal BAEP in 6 patients was 100% and the abnormal ear was 67%. CPAT diameter less than 2cm, ipsilateral main wave appear; CPAT larger, ipsilateral BAEP wave difficult to lead. Conclusions The abnormal ratio of Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ / Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ interphalangeal (IPL) is of important diagnostic significance and is a sensitive index of brainstem compression.
