张仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》是一部理法方药较完备的医学经典,对中医临床实践具有指导意义。其中有关护病学的内容也十分丰富,且临症时十分重要,直接影响临床疗效,兹仅就其药物煎服法浅论于下。张仲景极为重视疾病过程中的护理,在《伤寒杂病论》的许多方后注中,有“将息”二字,如桂枝加葛根汤“余如桂枝法将息”,桂枝加附子汤“将息如前法”。何谓将息?古今注疏家多释为将养调息(护理调治)之意。笔者认为,“将息”二字含义甚 Zhang Zhongjing’s “Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases” is a complete medical classic with rational prescriptions and has guiding significance for clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
