目的:探讨胸大肌劈开法(Kodama法)在乳癌改良根治中三组腋下淋巴结组清扫中的应用。方法:对2002年4月至2007年4月收住的需要行乳腺癌改良根治的67例患者在清扫腋下淋巴结时使用Kodama法显露。结果:均顺利整块清扫了腋下淋巴结群。结论:该方法通过可以很好地显露锁骨下区域,有利于清扫levelⅢ组淋巴结,从而达到全腋淋巴结清扫的目的。
Objective: To explore the application of the method of Pectoralis major muscle cleavage (Kodama method) in the three groups of axillary lymph node dissection in the modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer. METHODS: Sixty-seven patients who underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer admitted between April 2002 and April 2007 were exposed using the Kodama method for axillary lymph node dissection. Results: Both the axillary lymph node groups were cleared smoothly. Conclusion: This method can reveal the subclavian region well and is good for cleaning the lymph nodes of level Ⅲ group so as to achieve the purpose of dissecting axillary lymph nodes.
