Reading the early poems of the North Island can often feel the poet’s strong sense of criticism and anxiety. He takes the image of heroic “sailor” aloof and acts as a hero. In order to compromise hardworking, he shows the essence of man and the awakening individual Confrontation with cruel reality, decisively sailed in the vast sea.
