利用4个爆裂玉米自交系和5个分属于不同优势类群的普通玉米自交系杂交组配的20个普×爆组合的F2,BC1和BC23个世代材料,分析了不同组合各世代的性状表现、分离范围、回交效果.结果表明,不同组合各世代的性状表现均存在显著差异.同一组合F2,BC1和BC2群体各性状的变异较大,应实施大群体选择.不同组合各性状的回交效应不同,适宜回交代数应根据具体组合而定。
The F2, BC1 and BC23 generations of 20 Popcorn × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × × combinations were selected from four popcorn inbred lines and five normal maize inbred lines belonging to different dominant groups. The characters of each generation in different combinations were analyzed Performance, segregation range and backcrossing effect.The results showed that there were significant differences in the traits of different generations in different generations.The variation of traits in F2, BC1 and BC2 populations of the same combination should be large, and the selection of large population should be implemented. The backcross effect is different, suitable for backcrossed algebra should be based on the specific combination.
