浙江省人民政府令第350号《浙江省人民政府关于修改〈浙江省渡口安全管理办法〉等4件规章的决定》已经省人民政府第77次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自公布之日起施行。代省长车俊2016年12月16日为了深化行政审批制度改革,省人民政府决定对《浙江省渡口安全管理办法》等4件规章作如下修改:
