目的:应用计算机图像处理技术处理乳腺钼靶片,提高X线片的分辨率和诊断准确性。材料和方法:分析36例59张致密型乳腺钼靶X线片,全部病例均经手术病理证实为乳腺癌;通过计算机采用各种不同图像处理方法处理59张原X线片,并加以分析。结果:原乳腺X线片中未能显示肿块者50张(847%),疑似肿块者9张(153%)。经处理后得以明确显示的35张(593%),较原片显示清楚的20张(339%),仍未显示的4张(68%)。致密型乳腺X线片,经计算机图像处理后乳腺癌肿块检出率达932%。结论:计算机图像处理,在乳腺钼靶片的应用中具有提高诊断准确性的价值,特别是对致密型乳腺,临床可扪及肿块,而X线片因腺体密实而不能显示时,有一定的实用价值和临床意义,值得推广应用
Objective: To use computer image processing technology to process mammography, improve the resolution and diagnostic accuracy of X-ray film. Materials and Methods: Thirty-sixty-sixty-eight dense mammography mammograms were analyzed. All cases were confirmed by pathology as breast cancer; 59 original X-rays were processed by computer using various image processing methods and analyzed. Results: The original breast X-ray film failed to show 50 (84.7%) masses and 9 suspected masses (15. 3%). After treatment, 35 (59. 3%) were clearly displayed, 20 (33.9%) of which clearly showed the original film, and 4 (6.8%) were still not shown. Dense breast X-ray film, after computer image processing, the detection rate of breast cancer was 93. 2%. Conclusion: The computer image processing has the value of improving the diagnostic accuracy in the application of mammography, especially for the dense mammary gland, clinically palpable and lump, and when the X-ray film cannot be displayed due to dense glands, there is a certain degree of The practical value and clinical significance are worth promoting and applying
