观察了贵州苦茶叶对兔高脂动物模型血脂质代谢、动脉粥样硬化等的影响。结果苦茶叶组用药后1、2、3个月血总脂、总胆固醇较对照组降低(P<0.05);用药后1、2个月测定血过氧化脂质较对照组低(P<0.05);3个月末剖杀动物见主动脉动脉粥样硬化面积小于对照组(P<0.01);红细胞压积3个月末亦较对照组低(P<0.05),与安妥明组结果相近。表明贵州苦茶叶具有降低血脂、降低血过氧化脂质、抗动脉粥样硬化、降低红细胞压积,从而改善了血液流变性的作用。动物急性和亚急性毒性实验表明其安全、无毒。
Observed the effect of Guizhou bitter tea on lipid metabolism and atherosclerosis in high fat animal model in rabbits. Results Compared with the control group, total lipid and total cholesterol were lower in the bitter tea group at 1, 2, and 3 months after treatment (P<0.05); lipid peroxide levels were lower at the 1 and 2 months after treatment in the bitter tea group than in the control group (P <0.05); At the end of 3 months, the atherosclerosis in the aorta was smaller in the atherosclerotic animals than in the control group (P<0.01); the hematocrit was also lower in the end of the third month than in the control group (P<0.05). The results are similar to the Antolomine group. It showed that bitter tea in Guizhou has the functions of lowering blood lipids, lowering blood lipid peroxidation, resisting atherosclerosis, reducing hematocrit, and thus improving hemorheology. Animal acute and sub-acute toxicity experiments show that it is safe and non-toxic.
