随着医疗纠纷的增多,2002年国务院出台了《医疗事故处理条例》,以期规范医疗行为。为了解决医患双方信息不对等的问题,更好地保护患者的利益,《医疗事故处理条例》规定,在医疗活动中,医疗机构及其医务人员应当将患者的病情、医疗措施、医疗风险等如实告知患者,及时解答其咨询,但是,应当避免对患者产生不利后果。这样可以使患者知道自己的病情,事先预计自己的医疗结果,根据自己的条件自主地做出选
With the increase of medical disputes, the State Council promulgated the Regulations on Handling Medical Accidents in 2002 in order to standardize the medical behaviors. In order to solve the problem of unequal information between doctors and patients and to better protect the interests of patients, the Regulations on Handling Medical Accidents stipulate that in the medical activities, medical institutions and their medical staff should report the patient’s condition, medical measures, medical risks, etc. The patient should be truthfully informed and promptly answered for his counseling, however, adverse consequences should be avoided on the patient. This will enable patients to know their own condition, predict their own medical outcomes in advance, according to their own conditions to make their own choice
