本文主要叙述了对三种不同翅片型式(锯齿形、矩形、三角形)空冷器试件在干工况、湿工况和变湿工况下的试验研究结果。通过试验研究不仅得出了空气流过板翅式空冷器热质交换的一般规律性,还得出了这三种翅片型式的传热、传质和表面摩擦系数的准则方程式。最后,还从节能的角度对这三种翅式型式进行了分析。本文得出的准则方程式可提供换热器设计人员在设计相似参数的板翅式空冷器时使用。
This paper describes the experimental results of three different fin type (serrated, rectangular, triangular) air cooler specimens under dry conditions, wet conditions and wet conditions. The experimental study not only obtained the general law of heat and mass transfer of air through the plate fin air cooler, but also obtained the governing equations of the heat transfer, mass transfer and surface friction coefficient of the three fin types. Finally, the three wing patterns are also analyzed from the energy saving point of view. The equation equations derived in this paper can be used by heat exchanger designers to design plate-fin air coolers with similar parameters.
