Wister大鼠心脏,采用Langendorf方法灌流。结扎冠脉左前降支10min,松解再灌3min。再灌期内对照组室颤发生率为100%,正常窦律时间缩短至29±56sec。给硫辛酸组(n=12,3.4×10~(-5)mol/L)室颤发生率
Wister rat heart was perfused with Langendorf method. Left anterior descending coronary artery ligation 10min, release and reperfusion 3min.
