将CB-HRP注入大鼠胃壁,电镜下证实迷走神经背核(DMV)内支配胃的副交感节前神经元可分为超微结构不同的大、中、小三型细胞。在DMV内,胃副交感节前神经元(PPNS)存在着轴-树、轴-体突触及嵴突触联系,PPNS树突还分别与孤束核神经元的树突和轴突以及最后区神经元的轴突存在着纤维联系。同时证实了PPNS可通过最后区窦状隙与脑脊液接触。本文还对最后区的超微结构作了描述。
