如何加强班级管理是我国的高职院校在快速发展过程中面临的新课题。本文主要分析了高职院校班级管理制度制订与执行过程中制度性羞辱现象,并探讨了避免制度性羞辱创建高职院校和谐班级的有效途径。
How to strengthen class management is a new subject that our country’s higher vocational colleges are faced with in its rapid development. This article mainly analyzes the institutional humiliation in the course of formulating and implementing the class management system in higher vocational colleges and discusses the effective ways to avoid institutional humiliation and create a harmonious class in higher vocational colleges.
