本研究的目的是优化超声提取黄芪中黄芪甲苷的工艺条件。以黄芪甲苷得率为衡量指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面分析法进行了三因子三水平的试验,通过对各因子显著性和交互作用的分析,得出了超声提取黄芪甲苷的最佳工艺条件。以优化的乙醇浓度65%,料液比1:60,超声功率102 W为提取条件,此时黄芪甲苷的平均得率是5.350%,理论预测的黄芪甲苷得率为5.367%,二者相差较小。因此通过该方法优化得到的黄芪甲苷提取工艺具有可行性。
The purpose of this study is to optimize the ultrasonic extraction of Astragalus Astragaloside technology conditions. Astragaloside yield was taken as the measurement index.
