应用图象分析技术对36例吸烟肺标本的肺泡接触、小气道炎症和其相连肺泡壁段上细胞构成(CelLs/mm)进行计量学测量。吸烟肺分为无肺气肿组(NE),小叶中央型(CLE)和全小叶型肺气肿组(PLE)。结果:肺泡接触参数中,CLE相邻两个正常肺泡接触之间的距离(Distance)和异常肺泡接触百分数(%Abnormal)均显著高于NE(P<0.01),PLE和NE间无明显区别;并且Distance和%Abnormal分别与小气道炎症(INE)和Cells/mm显著相关,然而这种关系仅见于CLE。吸烟者肺泡接触的破坏与小气道炎症有密切关系。
The image analysis technique was used to measure the alveolar contact, the airway inflammation, and the cell composition (CelLs / mm) of the connected alveolar wall in 36 smoking lung specimens. Smoking lungs were divided into no emphysema group (NE), central lobular (CLE) and total lobular emphysema group (PLE). RESULTS: In the alveolar contact parameters, the distance between CLE adjacent normal alveolar contacts and the percentage of abnormal alveolar contact (% Abnormal) were significantly higher than that of NE (P <0.01), and there was no significant difference between PLE and NE ; And Distance and% Abnormal were significantly associated with small airway inflammation (INE) and Cells / mm, respectively, however this relationship was only seen in CLE.
