观察了60例急性白血病和46例健康成人血清中蛋白总量、清蛋白、α_1、α_2、β、γ球蛋白、IgA、IgG及IgM水平(g·L~(-1))。未治疗组(UT)、治疗未缓解组(UR)和部分缓解组(PR)的α_2球蛋白含量分别为4.41±1.55、4.21±1.84和3.93±1.29,明显高于健康成人(3.25±0.77),而完全缓解组则较低(2.24±1.01),提示α_2球蛋白水平变化与治疗效果有关。免疫球蛋白中IgM和IgA水平无什变化,UT、UR和PR组IgG分别为20.72±10.86、20.19±6.23和22.92±9.45,明显高于健康组(14.79±6.58),而CR组(13.11±5.61)与健康组接近,提示急性白血病有体液免疫增强现象。
Serum total albumin, albumin, α_1, α_2, β, γ globulin, IgA, IgG and IgM levels (g · L -1) in 60 acute leukemia and 46 healthy adults were observed. The content of α 2 globulin in untreated group, untreated group and partial remission group were 4.41 ± 1.55, 4.21 ± 1.84 and 3.93 ± 1.29, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in healthy adults (3.25 ± 0.77) , While the complete remission group was lower (2.24 ± 1.01), suggesting that α 2 globulin level changes with the treatment effect. The levels of IgM and IgA in immunoglobulin were almost unchanged. The IgG in UT, UR and PR groups were 20.72 ± 10.86, 20.19 ± 6.23 and 22.92 ± 9.45 respectively, significantly higher than those in healthy group (14.79 ± 6.58) 5.61) close to the healthy group, suggesting that there is humoral immunity in acute leukemia.
