闪光对焊是目前工程单位所采用的钢筋纵向连接的型式之一,它具有操作简便、速度快及省料等优点,但由于各种主客观因素在质量上还存在一些问题。1982年航务工程第一次质量巡回检查总结中指出:钢筋闪光对焊的检验较粗略,特别是许多单位都没有做冷弯检验。从这次检查情况看,除个别单位外,其它单位对焊接头的冷弯试验都不合乎要求。为此,钢筋闪光对焊接头的质量,应引起各单位足够的重视。本文仅把港口工程常用钢筋闪光对焊工艺,对焊接头的质量检验和对焊接头断裂因素分析等内容叙述如下,以供参考。
Flash butt welding is one of the vertical connection types of steel bars used by engineering units. It has the advantages of easy operation, high speed, and low material consumption. However, due to various subjective and objective factors, there are still some problems in quality. In the summary of the first quality inspection of navigation projects in 1982, it was pointed out that the inspection of steel flash butt welding is rough, and in particular, many units did not perform cold bend inspection. From this inspection, except for a few units, other units did not meet the requirements for the cold bending test of the welded joints. For this reason, the quality of the flash-welded butt-welded joints should be given sufficient attention by all units. In this article, only the common steel flash butt welding technology for port engineering, the quality inspection of the welding joint and the analysis of the welding head fracture factors are described below for reference.
