光学度盘是经纬仪、测角仪、方向盘等光学测量仪器的重要组成部分,直接影响仪器精度,因而对从事光学刻划的人们来说,如何提高度盘的精度是一个重要的课题。最近,我们试制成了Φ450毫米大度盘。现将我们的工作汇报于下: 一、Φ450毫米度盘的主要技术要求1.度盘直径450毫米,厚度25毫米。2.材料K9(GB903-65),θ=30″,刻划面N=2,ΔN=0.2。3.将刻划直径Φ412.2±O.2毫米的圆周等分为2160格,即每lO′为一格,刻双线(间距0.035毫米)。刻线宽0.009±0.001毫米。4.刻字线宽O.Ol±0.001毫米,度、分字型高分别为O.15,0.12毫米。5.度盘直径全中误差±0.8″。6.度盘刻划在80倍显微镜下检查。
