目的保证天津市现运行CT机的影像质量,进一步加强对大型医用设备使用质量的监测和监管。方法采用国家标准《X射线计算机断层摄影装置质量保证检测规范》(GB 17589-2011)规定的性能检测指标、检测方法及评价方法。结果通过对87台CT机性能检测结果分析得知,全部10项检测指标合格率均在78%以上,6项检测指标合格率达到100%。结论天津市现运行CT机的总体性能状况良好,部分医院更新了原不合格的CT机,使全市CT机总体应用质量有所提高。
Objective To ensure the image quality of CT machine running in Tianjin and to further monitor and supervise the quality of use of large-scale medical equipment. Methods Using the national standard “X-ray computed tomography quality assurance testing specification” (GB 17589-2011) provides performance testing indicators, testing methods and evaluation methods. Results Through the analysis of 87 CT machine performance test results, it was found that the pass rates of all 10 test indexes were above 78% and the pass rate of 6 test indexes reached 100%. Conclusion The overall performance of CT machine running in Tianjin is in good condition. Some hospitals updated the original failed CT machine so that the overall quality of CT machine in the city was improved.
