关于氟拮抗剂的研究,Kochmann和Baer先后提出了B对F~-具有拮抗作用。其后,Grunewald和Elsair相继报告了四硼酸钠可拮抗氟化钠对家兔的毒作用,并认为F~-和B可能在体内形成BF_4~-离子随尿排出,从而减少氟在体内的蓄积。但尚未见到证实生物材料中存在着BF_4~-离子的报道。我们在原实验研究的基础上,通过动物实验,对家兔尿中BF_4~-离子进行检测,以进一步了解硼对氟的拮抗作用机理,为防治氟病探索一条新途径。 材料和方法 动物 选用本院动物饲养中心繁殖的家兔24只(体重2.5±O.17),饲养观察一周,随机分成三组(F~-、F~-+B和对照组),每
For the study of fluoride antagonists, Kochmann and Baer successively proposed that B has an antagonistic effect on F ~ -. Subsequently, Grunewald and Elsair have reported that sodium tetraborate can antagonize the toxic effects of sodium fluoride on rabbits and that F ~ - and B may form BF_4 ~ ions in the body with the urine, thus reducing the accumulation of fluoride in the body . However, no evidence of the presence of BF 4 - ions in biological materials has been reported. On the basis of the original experimental study, we detected the BF_4 ~ - ions in urine of rabbits through animal experiments to further understand the mechanism of boron antagonism against fluorine and explore a new way to prevent and cure the disease. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Twenty-four rabbits (weighing 2.5 ± 0.17) were selected for breeding in our animal breeding center.
