[目的]观察消肿止痛膏联合地塞米松外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对42例门诊患者使用消肿止痛膏(红花、苏木、三棱、莪术、独活、生草乌、威灵仙、牛膝、伸筋草、舒筋草等中药粉剂组合,温水调和熬制)外敷,患部清水洗净,喷洒适量75%酒精,根据疼痛部位大小裁剪大小适中棉垫,把消肿止痛膏均匀涂棉垫上,膏药表面喷洒适量地塞米松溶液,敷于患处,胶布固定或绷带裹紧防止膏剂流出,每日更换。连续治疗7d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、疼痛评分、不良反应。连续治疗1个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈0例,显效37例,有效5例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。[结论]消肿止痛膏联合地塞米松外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Results] The treatment group recovered 0 cases, markedly effective in 37 cases, effective in 5 cases, ineffective in 0 cases, the total effective rate was 100.00%. [Conclusion] Xiaozhongzhitong combined with dexamethasone topical treatment of acute gouty arthritis has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
