本文以四川省房地产业为例,以四川省2007年投入产出表为数据依据,研究了四川省的产业关联以及波及效应,从相关研究数据分析说明:(1)四川省房地产业对第二产业、居民服务和其他服务业、交通运输和仓储业以及住宿和餐饮业等的影响程度较深。(2)从四川省房地产业的影响力和感应度来看,前者大于后者,但是相差幅度并不是很大,其值都大于1而小于1.6,这说明房地产的经济带动效应并不是十分明显。
This article takes the real estate industry in Sichuan Province as an example, and based on the input-output table of Sichuan Province in 2007, studies the industrial relations and its spillover effects in Sichuan Province. The analysis of relevant research data shows that: (1) Industries, resident services and other services, transport and warehousing, and accommodation and catering industries have a much deeper impact. (2) Judging from the influence and sensitivity of the real estate industry in Sichuan Province, the former is larger than the latter, but the difference is not large, and its value is greater than 1 and less than 1.6, indicating that the economic driving effect of real estate is not obvious .
