全国科技创新中心是中央赋予北京的新定位。2015年4月,中共中央、国务院下发的《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》中指出“北京提升原始创新和技术服务能力,打造技术创新总部聚集地,科技成果交易核心区,全球高端创新中心及创新型人才聚集中心”。这一要求,就是推进全国科技创新中心建设的主要任务和主要目标。为加快推进全国科技创新中心建设,市政协科技委员会与各民主党派市委联合开展了专题调研。
The National Science and Technology Innovation Center is a new orientation given to Beijing by the Central Government. In April 2015, the “Outline for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development Plan” issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council pointed out that “Beijing will enhance its original innovation and technical service capability, build a cluster of technological innovation headquarters, a core area of scientific and technological achievements transactions, and a global high-end innovation Center and Innovative Talent Center ”. This requirement is the main task and the main goal of promoting the construction of a national science and technology innovation center. In order to speed up the construction of the national science and technology innovation center, the municipal CPPCC committee and all democratic parties jointly conducted special investigations.
